1. The material and structure of aluminum-plastic panels:   

Aluminum-plastic composite panel is a new type of decorative material with a series of excellent properties. It has been widely used in curtain walls, interior and exterior decoration, etc. soon after its appearance, creating a new world of contemporary architectural decoration.  

The so-called aluminum-plastic panel refers to a composite panel made of aluminum and plastic. Specifically, it is a plate made of aluminum plate and plastic core material bonded and compounded by a special adhesive under certain technological conditions. In practice, it is generally used as the front and back aluminum plates to be coated first, and then combined with the plastic core material. The front panel is generally coated with a decorative coating, and the back panel is coated with a protective coating.  

Regarding the structure of the aluminum composite panel, it is generally a sandwich structure, which is a relatively vivid metaphor. A layer of plastic core material is sandwiched between two layers of aluminum panels. In fact, the structure of aluminum-plastic panels is much more complicated.  

2. Classification and specifications of aluminum-plastic panels:   

1. Classification of aluminum-plastic panels:   

There are many varieties of aluminum-plastic panels, and it is a new type of material, so there is no unified classification method so far. It is usually classified according to use, product function and surface decoration effect.  

(1) Classified by purpose: a. Aluminum-plastic panels for building curtain walls: the minimum thickness of the upper and lower aluminum panels should not be less than 0.50mm, and the total thickness should not be less than 4mm. The aluminum material should meet the requirements of GB/T 3880, and generally 3000, 5000 series aluminum alloy plates should be used, and the coating should be fluorocarbon resin coating. b. Aluminum-plastic panels for exterior wall decoration and advertising: The upper and lower aluminum panels are made of anti-rust aluminum with a thickness of not less than 0.20mm, and the total thickness should be not less than 4mm. The coating generally adopts fluorocarbon coating or polyester coating. c. Indoor aluminum-plastic panels: The upper and lower aluminum panels generally use aluminum panels with a thickness of 0.20mm and a minimum thickness of not less than 0.10mm. The total thickness is generally 3mm. The coating adopts polyester coating or acrylic coating.  

(2) Classification by product function: a. Fireproof board: select flame-retardant core material, and the combustion performance of the product reaches the flame-retardant level (B1 level) or non-combustible level (A level); at the same time, other performance indicators must also meet the technology of aluminum-plastic panels Indicator requirements. b. Antibacterial and anti-mildew aluminum-plastic panel: Coating with antibacterial and bactericidal coatings on the aluminum-plastic panel, so that it can control the reproduction of microorganisms and ultimately kill bacteria. c. Antistatic aluminum composite panel: The antistatic aluminum composite panel is coated with antistatic paint. The surface resistivity is below 109Ω, which is lower than the ordinary aluminum composite panel. Therefore, it is not easy to generate static electricity, and it is not easy to get dust in the air. (3) Classified according to the surface decoration effect: a. Coated decorative aluminum-plastic plate: Coating various decorative coatings on the surface of the aluminum plate.
