Classification of aluminum-plastic panels

There are many varieties of aluminum-plastic panels, and it is a new type of material, which is usually classified according to its use, product function and surface decoration effect.

1. Classified by purpose
a. Aluminum-plastic panels for building curtain walls
The minimum thickness of the upper and lower aluminum plates shall not be less than 0.50mm, and the total thickness shall not be less than 4mm. The aluminum material should meet the requirements of GB/T 3880, and generally 3000, 5000 series aluminum alloy plates should be used, and the coating should be fluorocarbon resin coating.
b. Aluminum-plastic panels for exterior wall decoration and advertising
The upper and lower aluminum plates are made of anti-rust aluminum with a thickness of not less than 0.20mm, and the total thickness should be not less than 4mm. The coating generally adopts fluorocarbon coating or polyester coating.
c. Aluminum-plastic panels for indoor use
The upper and lower aluminum plates generally use aluminum plates with a thickness of 0.20mm and a minimum thickness of not less than 0.10mm. The total thickness is generally 3mm. The coating adopts polyester coating or acrylic coating.

2. Classified by product function
a. Fireproof board
The flame-retardant core material is selected, and the combustion performance of the product reaches the flame-retardant level (B1 level) or non-combustible level (A level); at the same time, other performance indexes must also meet the technical index requirements of aluminum-plastic panels.
b. Antibacterial and mildew proof aluminum plastic panel
The coating with antibacterial and bactericidal effects is coated on the aluminum-plastic panel, so that it can control the reproduction of microorganisms and ultimately kill bacteria.
c. Antistatic aluminum composite panel
The antistatic aluminum composite panel is coated with antistatic paint. The surface resistivity is below 109Ω, which is lower than the ordinary aluminum composite panel. Therefore, it is not easy to generate static electricity and dust in the air is not easy to adhere to its surface.

3. Classified by surface decoration effect
a. Coated decorative aluminum-plastic panels
Various decorative coatings are applied to the surface of the aluminum plate. Fluorocarbon, polyester, and acrylic coatings are commonly used, mainly including metallic, plain, pearlescent, and fluorescent colors, which are decorative and are the most common varieties on the market.
b. Oxidized colored aluminum plastic panel
The aluminum alloy panel is processed in time by anodizing and has unique colors such as rose red and bronze, which play a special decorative effect.
c. Film decorative composite board
That is, the color pattern film is made according to the set process conditions and relying on the action of the adhesive to make the color pattern film adhesive on the primed aluminum plate or directly attached to the degreased aluminum plate. The main varieties are gang grain, wood grain board and so on.
d. Color printing aluminum composite panel
The different patterns are printed on the transfer paper with various patterns of natural patterns through advanced computerized phototypesetting technology, and then various patterns of natural patterns are indirectly replicated on the aluminum-plastic panels through thermal transfer technology. It can satisfy the designer's creativity and the owner's personalized choice.
e. Brushed aluminum composite panel
The aluminum alloy panel with wire drawing on the surface is used, and the common ones are gold wire drawing and silver wire drawing products, which bring different visual enjoyment to people.
f. Mirror aluminum composite panel
The surface of the aluminum alloy panel is polished to look like a mirror.
